Well, well I have finally making another post. This time my posting some photos from a few Weddings that I’ve done this year. I love shooting weddings so much. they are so fun because they are so different no two wedding are the same. In this case one outside and big, and the other in the church and small. LOVE IT. Well anyway here are so of the photos.
In the Studio
11 10 2008This is the studio piece to the Sr. photos for the two lovely girls below. They were taken about three weeks after the outdoor photos, but you know me it took me six or seven weeks to get them on the blog. It was quick and painless the way studio work should be. I think they turned out great. Here are a few.
This one took a little time to get because they wouldn’t stop laughing, but after looking at the both of them I love the fact they are just being their selves.

Little Yellow Dress
12 08 2008Sorry, I’m a little late on getting this post up. It’s been a long weekend. This is (little yellow dress) Kathryn. She was the first shoot of the day, and to be far I think we both had some nerves. But all went well, she picked a great park as a background, and posed with little help. It went so well there not much else to say. Thanks Kathryn for a great shoot.
This one was a freebie. I must have taken a shot not knowing, its one of my favs I like the fact that the head is out of the photo, it just makes you want to know who this person is, I love it.

Rebecca Fredin
5 08 2008So, a few Sundays ago I took senior photos of two beautiful young women. This was the 2nd shoot of the day, but it was the first one I finished editing. I’m almost done with the other one, just a few more photos to go. They both were so easy to shoot and to edit, they both look great on camera. I’m talking about both shoots and you only get see one HA HA. You’ll have to just come back to see the others. They should be up this coming weekend. (so don’t worry little yellow dress)
The 2nd shoot of the day was Rebecca. This was very fun for me because Rebecca lived on a farm and wanted photos to be at the farm. (Nice!) Since I live in the city now, I miss the farm I grew up on, so anytime to be on one… I’m all game. They had a great farm, tons of old weathered buildings. They make great backdrops. Here are some of my favs.

Rivertown Days
22 07 2008Hello, well I’m trying this new thing… taking photos and having them up on the blog in under a month.
Anyway, my girlfriend and I went to Hastings Rivertown Days last Saturday. It was a lot of fun, a little hot, but your supposed to sweat at those places (right?) The day before, I had seen photography done in a neat way by taking three or more of the same kind of things and making one photo. Like a collage, but done with a lot more thought. Here are my first sets of this style from Hastings Rivertown Days.
By far my favorite is this last one, I love bikes and I love the old weathered look. I want to get a big gallery wrap print of the one in the upper right. That’s by far the sickest one.

Work, Work, Work
8 07 2008So, I work at Thrifty Car Rental at MSP, and let’s just say it’s an easy job. There has been a lot of down time this summer (no one’s traveling like last year) and I’ve surfed the whole net and played every flash game known to man. Anyway, I bring my camera sometimes and take photos. It’s not too bad to get payed to play games, wash your car, and take photos… it’s still boring. The only thing that I love about the job is the sunsets. The large open spaces make for great sunsets. Well, here are some sunsets and one photo I took at the pick up (the spot that I sit in my sweet bus with no A/C… ’til customers come.)

Avery
10 06 2008Well, a long time ago (like last Fall) I took photos of Avery (a guy I work with) while he was skating. It was so much fun! I love all the X Games and try to ride BMX, so taking photos of him was a blast and I would love to do more of that sort of work in my life. Oh, I forgot to say that I have been working on a new look for N. J. Photography, so this is the new look please let me know what you think of it. Don’t just say it looks good be truthful I can take it. Thanks. Now… Avery and the new look.

This is my favorite one, it was taken right before his board hit my camera. A few nervous minutes but nothing broke… LUCKY.
